Blake Ferguson - the credibility of the author of this has just been blown to hell.
So Blake Ferguson is in contention for Freddy due to last year's series and is subject to fitness given it's a 27 man squad.
Ferguson would be exhausted outside Cleary and Wighton, Luai or Keary doing all those acrobats.
Good news surely Matto gets in there too
The late surge in form by Angus Crichton may just have tipped him out.
4 teams are still playing to choose from don't forget. I remember when BF coached the last City team. He chose Gutho, a young Cleary and David Gower. Freddy knows talent. DG was selected from reserves at Parra.
Matterson hasn't been that great last few months.
Brissy by the same token, there's some here say we actually overachieved this year with our squad - clearly not the case either. We had a very talented core group assembled this year.
There are going to be a lot of disappointed players. A few from other teams on notice not to mention the ones still playing. I still maintain most of talent hails from NSW. I like my footy fair.
