Nah, 14. Hopgood is the Lock as he should be. Gutho starting he wont last. Coming off the bench around the middle? Better suited for short spurts.
Was thinking the other day he could go OK as a edge back rower he can't be worse than Cartwright and has the ball playing to create options on the edge.
Coryn that may be the case for Gutho but if he plays off the bench he needs or the club needs to look at his pay / time on field.
Pump him with peptides in the off season and bulk him up for an edge back rower

Welcome to our new Dummy Half. A move within the spine can actually make sense. An 80minute dummy half player that gives Ryles cover all through the backline. A senior voice continually on the ball........mmmmmm makes you wonder what Ryles has up his sleeve. Cam Smith like perhaps.
A lot of money on him playing Lock though. Are we looking at going old school / ball playing lock perhaps. Its going to get very interesting on how Ryles plays him.
Maybe 9 is a slight chance. Whilst he is good at scoots and kicking from dummy half, his passing game from the deck with dodgy knees would be quite slow in comparision to the level it needs to be in this new game. Control the ruck with the old Cam SMITH talking to the refs may work too lol.
I might be thinking of the wrong example but sounds like a similar role to Benji Marshall in the 2021 rabbitohs. Won't mind that.
