Gutho for fullback

I was so impressed with gutho today i really feel his future is in the 1 regardless of if we sign hayne. He played there for city and did a good job with enough time his playmaking will improve. For me next year my backline is something like this1 gutho2 semi(if hes still here)3. Hayne4 . Jennings5. French6. Norman7. Who knows hopefully Green

  • *sigh*

  • He had the makings of a great fullback but I would like to see him there for at least 3 games before making judgement
  • In the pressed today, BA commented that he saw Gutho as a full back next year

I don't know how he holds back from the continued dumbass Questions they ask him, most of them looking for a comment where he gives the club up, all the time waiting for something to they can write suggesting he will leave or similar

They are an awful lot, they should call themselves gossip columnists , not sports writers

Always says how proud he is of the players and staff around him, unfortunately they don't listen as presumably it doesn't fit their agenda
  • Because hes played alot of fullback. He posses a money ball witch most fullbacks need aswell a deft kick and light on his feet.
Because he hasn't always been a 5/8 more time at the back as the 3rd playmaker will develop those ball playing skills for a switch later
  • I dont know about fullback but he will definitely be somewhere in the backline. I didnt even have him my 17 at the start of the year (shows what little i know).
  • Gutho proves most of us wrong, so good luck to him securing 1, 2, 4, or 6. But the lower the number the better. Except he has proved us all wrong already, so he might do so with a higher number; who knows?
  • What a dilemma BA has on his hands. How do you choose between Gutherson & French to play fullback next year.
    • You just pick and stick. Beven has proven to be a better wing option then gutho so you go with gutho at 1
  • Who got ch9 man of the match?
