  by the sounds of thigs he has been really working hard in pre season and i am a firm believer in hard works pays off. i can see him really stepping it up this year

  Yes i agree definitely is a very efficient running and defensive half. Also has a natural offload.
  
  But does this mean our halves partnership have enough of a kicking game ( long and short), to take the pressure off our forwards? - that's the big question mark.
  
  Will Norman be targeted as the only recognized long kicker? There's some major doubts here.
  
  It takes years to perfect a top notch short kicking game, and Norman has generally played second fiddle even to the likes of Jeff Robson.

    I agree with most of what you're saying bar the end part. Prior to Normz suspension he was laying in some seriously precise kicking that was winning us games. I stand by my thoughts on Robson, consistent player with decent defence. He certainly did not outshine Norman in the kicking department.
