If lane is being presented to the media than he won't be getting dropped this week so anyone hoping for that will have to accept it.

I think we all accepted Lane would be on the bench from this week onwards. Similar to 2021 where he was a middle.
Gutherson very positive, didn't go too far into ba's departure and moved on quickly to focus on the job at hand. Gutherson is future coach material. Hoping he'll be around the club for years to come after his career.
Lane on the other hand seemed down around the recent events talking about the difficulties to focus, and the absence of Gutherson & Moses's leadership being a major factor.
Chalk and cheese listing to these two & both have enough experience to lead the group but there is only one leader here.
Gutho has always been one of the better interviews in the nrl, very well spoken
