Gus I thought you were smarter than that. The reason they do it is so they can control the outcome of the game. We all just saw how the NRL used the refs to give Billy Slater a fairy tale finish to origin. Anyone that thinks they are not deliberately cheating is kidding themselves. It's not penalty counts & stats you can see, Its all about where & when they turn the tide. Watch carefully & you will notice one team getting all the 50/50 calls then the team they are shafting will get 3 or 4 penalties 10 metres from the opposition try line on the first tackle. No advantage in field position & adds just one tackle instead of a full set. Everyone can see it but nobody can do a thing about it because like us Gus, the NRL think we have no idea of what they are doing.

Yes too all i be saying it for years myself
madparrafan, I actually used to argue with my friend saying that the NRL wouldn't cheat because the repercussions would be disastrous once the fans found out, but he showed me how they were doing it & I couldn't argue his point. Game after game it keeps happening to the point we now watch whatever game is on then as it goes we take a shot at what the refs will do next & it happens. THEY ARE CHEATING. I'm on your side with this issue.
P.S. perinara tried hard last night to shaft us. Combine that with the ex bulldog in the bunker disallowing the Bevan French penalty try when he was held back ( French would of got there first no worries ) & the other Morris getting off scott free with his running Taka off the ball ( I'm sure the same thing happened in origin 3 & it was a penalty to qld ) But this time it was a 7 tackle set to the dogs.
