I reckon we are well positioned to hold onto Tep should he reach the potential he promises (I reckon he will - huge fan here). Watmough and Scott are nearing the end and they will be huge influences over Tep over the next couple of seasons.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if one of, or both, of these fellas doesn't retire before their contracts expire - which is quite a common thing these days, as is leaving early to head for the UK for even bigger money and a softer game.
If Tep gets to where we all think he will I reckon we will be well placed to offer him a contract that well and truly takes care of him and his family. I'm quite confident that, at this point in time, the clubs long term objective would be to build their pack around this lad.

That's nothing. A mate of mine was working The Fall fest at Byron and was heading for the crapper. He opens the door and lo behold there was Miley Cyrus sitting on the shitter with her knickers around her ankle. She looked up and gave my mate a smile. He stood there for twenty seconds, eyes hanging out of his head and Cyrus just merely smiled and said (so he reckons) 'Oh I won't be long...' and closed the door. The poor man was besides himself and stumbled off with the image of Miley Cyrus' beaver staring at him. Believe that or not but he told me that on Friday. I shouted a few beers after that. Had to, the poor man was still in shock...
