Tod Greenburge, 2IC NRL, was on TV last night in relation to the three or four Manly players who were on report coming from the Souths, Manly game on Friday. He said that it will make no difference to the charges, ( if any, my words), just because it was a finals match. 'We are determined to crack down on these unacceptable tackles"
It just happens that Canterbury play the Storm this afternoon. If Canterbury win, they play Manly next week. It will be nice for Canterbury if Lyons, Watmough and Foran are suspended even for one game! In my opinion the three ought to be suspended for foul play, but by normal precedent they would get off probably by downgrading their charges. It will be interesting to see if the Guardian Angel has any effect.

You were saying champ?! It will be interesting now. Will the Canterbury players on report be treated the same way that Manly has been threatened to occur? Not on your sweet nelly. There was natural justice there today---any coach who selects Ben Roberts in NRL first grade deserves to to be smashed. I hate the Dogs but don`t like the Storm much better. I hate Manly most of all but that does not mean I will support Canterbury against Manly. I say a pox on both their houses!
Horo Movie my previous reply was meant for you. Did not address it at all. Sorry about that.
Just watch...all the usual serial pests...will get the early plea option...ALL will be good to play next weekend......
Ace Eel just my thoughts. But I think someone will be given the short straw just to make it seem fair and above board.(sic)
