Grizzley Adams died from cancer

Anyone remembers Grizzley Adams? Guess what? He's dead, died from cancer. I'm finding this all really strange-Stevie Wright-cancer, Wayne Rogers (MASH)-cancer, Lemmy-Cancer, David Bowie-Cancer, now Grizzley Adams-cancer...weird, really weird...

From Cancer Australia - the risk of someone dying from cancer by age 85 is 1 in 5 (1 in 4 for males, 1 in 6 for females). Pretty sobering.

He died from cancer to his spine. How nasty can you get. RIP Grizzly Adams. One of my old fav shows as a kid. That was what inspired me to go to America back in the 90s and now to Canada and Alaska in two months time.

Another sad statistic in the killer that is Cancer.A few lucky ones recover but unfortunately most of us will be it's victims.One of my favourite songs of the 70s was the title song of Grizzly Adams "Maybe".
