And now he has been accused of

1. Instructing Seward on TPA's.

2. Not knowing the exact figure we are over the salary cap

3. Not obeying court orders to allow directors to undertake their work

He always seems to be around trouble......

  • And now just announced that we will now be playing for points whilst the directors undertake court action.

He thinks he is the judge, but a real judge put him in his place.

I'd really love to see their Salary cap rorting case played out in court. I bet they have feck all evidence from people who have something against the club that wouldn't hold up in court

    • the judge didn't put him in his place, the nrl had a change of heart and rang the club on Thursday to inform them that this was no longer a condition for points.

  • And after the "most exhaustive NRL investigation ever etc etc" they still cant say whether the breach was 570k or 200k.

The fat lady hasn't sung yet.

  • Sadly, & I say this with some reservation, while this may seem like a bit of a victory in common sense, not too sure how it will be taken by the NRL, methinks Todd would have steam coming out of his ears at this point & melted the roots of what hair he has left.

If the NRL lose out on this, all hell could break out as a result, the 5 eels board people may get off but in the end where will we be?  winners? & having more than likely only the 2nd last laugh.

I have to say I am feeling somewhat more uneasy now.

  • Ryan Tandy. Didn't he end up in trouble.

  • Wiz, he's dead!!

"positives are Loiero is out. That is a big piece of their middle, he does a lot of clean up work in defence, tightens up the attack. No Katoa and they are umming and arring whether to play Ativalu Lasati or Joe Chan on right edge.
