I read this wonderful article that illustrates how much a teams season is influenced by injuries and games lost because of injuries . We all acknowledge that the Panthers are the best in nearly all measurable areas . But this really rams home the magnitude of being able to field nearly always your top 18 each and every round .
This is so apparent now days where teams lose one of their top 5 players and results change dramatically as a consequence . How do you replicate it ? How do you find the staff and professionals to support this program . If we all had the answers we would be all competing for competitions every year .

They are definitely ahead of the curve in a lot of areas and there just seems no let up it's relentless in so many categories off the park.S & C department I've been told is a fair way ahead of others in the comp and goes a long way to why they are who they are.
The amount of talent they've lost and replaced and not missed a beat is unbelievably good.
