Grant Atkins- Nrl must want another loss at Bankwest

This bloke in the games he has reffed us this year  has been worst than Penernara. I was at Newcastle game in Newcastle  where he allowed  them to be offside  all game but blew the pea out of the whistle against  us for the same infringement. He pulled back two of our tries to say forward pass when they were clearly not. He reffed us against  Penrith at bank west where Penrith first try was off a metre and a half forward pass ironically our only Lise at bank west stadium.  Where a lot better team now but what is every bodies  thoughts? If he does  it again I'm sounding  out BA to finally talk about reffing in the post match conference.

  • Loss my lise

    • You can't blame the losses on the refs mate, that's just looking for excuses in the wrong direction.

  • I thought the refereeing against Newcastle helped us. We are at our best defensively when we can get off the line. When the opposite game was played at Newcastle and we struggled to get back 10 that was when Newcastle rolled over us. Key in those games with a skinny 10 is to be patient and just play territory. We seem to be doing that quite well at the moment.

    • I was talking about the first Newcastle game.  The refs were great a fortnight ago at bank west stadium  against em

  • I think you are talking about a different ref Phil

We have lost the last three games that Atkin has referred

  • I can understand an on field ref making the occasional blunder but it should be very rare for bunker refs that have time to see replays. When we keep getting shafted by the bunker I start to worry - Sivo no try, Evans sin bin, Luke try. We need to start getting a fair go.

  • You know what? We just have to be prepared to overcome any refereeing mistakes that come our way. If we want to be a top four side we have to deal with adversity.

      • I'd say the top 4 sides simply deal with adversity better than the rest.

  • Cry me a river

    • Murrray - Darling, Hawkeburym Nepean or Hunter?  The last would be my pick.
