Imo gower can contribute to this team a whole lot more off the field in replacing the current skill coach, his display up the ruck with stepping and angles made good yards and has sound ability for offloading for or if any hole runners . My point is , the lack of any skills the forwards show to grab any advantages , which is the skills coach to identify and act on . in fact to make an example for parra's declining performance is to firstly axe the entire coaching staff ( no i cannot see B.arthur getting sack or standing down ) as did Bennett did to Walters . While our season is still salvageable, the team list is and will be who ever runs on , but the axe needs to swing within the coaching staff immediately
