Gower

im sorry, but this guy gets too much praise from fellow supporters and hasn't been as good as last season, he really offers nothing and hasn't done much to outtake guys for the 17 next season. You really think Gower offers more than Edwards? who makes breaks and offloads and has the agro to get our team moving?, he has peaked where Edwards has been a huge loss and with only 19 games of experience has room to be better. We've missed Edwards this year, Gower I wouldn't notice he is gone
im not saying he's a terrible player, just better players in the club to use than him
Like Edwards, Aloiai, Fuimaono and Nelson (unproven). With Moeroa hopefully coming off second year syndrome and an injury and International Beau Scott, Gower and even Ma'u are in doubt of losing a spot in the 17

  • What are you drinking my friend ? Poor me one.
  • Gower has one year extension. This is perfect because If the kids are better then they will take his place no problem. I think he adds great value to the team and deserves his spot in the 17.
  • again guys all opinionated, I just don't want Aloiai or Edwards miss out for him on the bench when they could add more?

  • Ma'u in danger of losing a spot in the 17?
    You've got NFI
    • well I think in the 13 yes

    • Haha what games have you been watching?
  • Gower has made breaks, he bends the line despite his size and would definately be in our top 3 for offloads. He also plays in basically any position. I do believe gower offers more than edwards, especially off the field, havent seen gower get caught up in piss test scandles. Not saying I dont wwanwant edwards in our squad next year, just saying id have gower in over him. Also your comment in regards to mau I cant understand.

    • I think there will be better options in out team than them simple as that

    • Edwards and kaysa are very lucky to be here next year.
  • Also dont see what alolai has done to warrent first grade consideration and havent even heard of fuimano

"I agree. That's his role on the show - to be the contrarian! But I felt his performance last night had a bit more personal stuff going on. He got a bit agitated and so did Braith. I reckon something was said at the pre show rehersal.  "

"Thx for posting Matto's post, Eli. That post says it all. Matto was not involved until given a fait accompli, but of course Storm-friendly media need to paint his as "stubborn". This is called "cooling out the mark", which is where the loser (Storm)…"

"But, Blue Eel, according to TCT, it's been the toughest preseason ever and Matterson has trained the house down.
Kidding, fake news, but anyway has Matto been at training?"
