Wow, good start for our juniors.
Thanks for the update Semi
Both 3/3 in their respective competitions, hopefully we can pick the right ones to keep in the future. I like the look of our middle forwards in both squads and I'm sure Forty's opinion will mirror that.
Great win by our HM team, especially considering that the Knights were rated one of the better squads in this competition. Alex Seve would have to be up there for points scored this year, he looks to be a promising prospect at this stage and I can't wait to see him have a full year alongside Travis Turnbull who also looks to be a good prospect and I think the best thing about these halves is that they aren't afraid to take on the line and are both surprisingly quick.
The SG Ball have also gone up against some strong competition and the fact that we've beaten both the Roosters and Knights early on is encouraging for the club. With Doolan playing in this game I believe we won't see him in the NYC whilst the SG Ball competition is on, it was awesome to see him named a couple of times in the NYC trials but it's also good to see him back playing SG Ball; we don't want to be pushing these kids up before their time otherwise they may lose confidence and I've got no doubts that Doolan and Dargan will feature in our NYC team next year. It's also great seeing middle forwards scoring tries and from memory Denzal Tonise has now scored at least a try in all 3 games.
Can't wait for Forty's highlights of the games. And just a couple of spelling errors, it's Doolan not Doulan and Kytak not Kutak. I don't know how the nswrl keep getting these wrong.
On Forty's highlights Travis Turnbull scores a try yet it isn't listed here, wonder what happened?
we have to ask the parramatta board, with all this talent coming through from the jnrs, the holden cup and n.s.w cup.
where will all these talent go,to manly, the dogs, penrith, west tigers maybe, the roosters, ect.
noel cleal knew who to go after.
its great if we buy foren, hoppa, watmough, ect, yes we need top players to blend with our jnrs.
at least brad arthur is putting young guys into the top 29.
but look out for manly or the dogs who may raid our jnrs in the future. its bloodly hard..to big a job for one coach to run the show.
