  They need one desperately, at last nights club AGM , they only got 3 application for advisory board members ( these are the people who attend grounds on game days and handle issues ). 3 years ago there need to be a ballot to reduce the applicants to 13. Under thw current GM Junior league ( this all emanates from DA assuming control and getting rid of the previous guy and appointing the current imbecile who no one wants to work with), there are no volunteers willing to work in that area
  
  To be honest, speaking to several people that have moved out of the position, the atmosphere is toxic, and although Phil seems to be unaware, DA was a disaster and his appointees have held the junior league back. Whilst that is my understanding, I think it will remain the situation until certain appointments are reviewed

    So Derek are you saying there is somebody who DA hired who is still running the junior league who is turning others away from wanting to be involved?

    Is the club aware of the situation mate? Maybe you need to pen a few letters to the right people?

  No, Peter Sharp i assume has been filling the role, we have been knocked back by a lot of Brads first choices, theres been rumours of Cameron coming over from Penrith but not sure.

  Derek, I recon Pops, Phil, Snake, Ron, Ham, Fong and I should do the job jointly.  What do you think?

  - Pops to look after all politics and finance. 

  - Phil to look after media print. 

  - Ron to be player liaison.   

  - Ham to look after junior development.

  - Fong to manage PR. 

  - Snake and I to look after food, beverages and discipline.  Discipline not only includes players but also their management!

    Thanks Big Dave but I have absolutely no clue on junior development, just a fan with very little knowledge compared to those who are involved in the job.
