George Jennings

haha haha my god . Same with Manu .. has the odd string carry in his game but maybe 100 deficiencies . BA needs to hurry up and lock him in before the zero other clubs fighting over his signature swoop.

  • string , strong same thing. he has a loose carry and can’t read the attack for shit . He’s been the same since we played him . He directly cost us games last year and he directly cost us tonight .

We gave him our back of the year and extended his contract . It’s disgusting . He isn’t a first grader . Kids come in and debut across the league at a higher level of footy IQ and reliability than him . BA gotta stop falling in love with the strong carry.

  • Jennings will be replaced with Sivo.

I'm not a fan of picking all three of Mau, Terepo and Moeroa. I believe only one of those three should be in the team. Something about all three playing in the side just doesn't work for us. We need to mix it up and put stone in. With injuries we might have no choice on this though.

    • how are you negative if you’re right? You’re happy with what goes on out there ?

Here’s  the thing champion , Jennings has made the same mistakes across his seasons with us . So , it’s either the coaching he’s getting , his lack of ability or a combination of both . His handling and reading of the game isn’t first grade level . If that’s the case , regardless of who’s out .. he shouldn’t be in the team. Hope that optimism about our coach and his squad  works out for you mate .

I’ll give you another tip . If Big George , the great man , didn’t do his medial in the trial BA was going to have him in the side over Sivo.  That injury helped save his job .

  • I didn't watch the game n i still wont and hope we don't resign Hoffman n Jennings n Mannah

  • Jennings will get offered an extension for his brilliant display tonight

  • The thing is — a lot of guys were happy to talk about us beating depleted sides. We were missing our best five eighth, our best forward, our best centre, our gun rookie winger and yet we aren’t depleted?

    • Its not the fact we’re below strength that’s alarming it’s our commitment and intent . We have no game plan .

Anyone who watched the Tigers take it to Melbourne on Thursday will see they adopted the Cronulla game plan that’s bothered them . The slowed down the speed of the game and played aggressive up and in defence . Our dumb ass coach puts the same game plan in place week in week out . We ‘attempt’ to get into the grind but don’t have players disciplined enough to stick to the grind . We don’t have the patience to build pressure . We need to be excited and rewarded to stay on task.. if we don’t see immediate reward for our efforts we lose interest . We aim to show up every week and do what we do , if it works great , if it doesn’t there’s no plan B . We  have both first graders and depth players next in line who repeatedly make the same mistakes and don’t learn from them. It’s tough times out here.

The thing is , if you’re prepared to hang in with us you know we’ll drop off first . Some weeks it will be after 10 mins , some weeks after 75 mins .. but we Will drop off and crack first . If you keep us interested and getting rewards we’ll hang in... hence why we play better in front of our vocal home crowd who cheer on effort . It’s ridiculous how poorly coached we are in not only the tactical areas of the game but the leadership, discipline and toughness . Those who reappointed this bald baffoon have a lot to answer for .

      • At the end of the day if we had even Michael  Jennings and Sivo out there we probably beat the cowboys at home who have a forward pack that on paper is possibly the best in the comp. it’s just a very tight comp. Nathan Brown is a huge out for us he’s our main forward and leader.
