The time has come to add these two guys into the pack , while lussick will likely be sidelined for a few weeks , Fui is hungry for a return and wont disappoint us .Mossop is known for his aggression and hard hitting and this is what we lacked against the panthers .

Fui and Mossop have been playing side by side for a couple of weeks and you can expect both to rise for the occasion . And what a test it will be against the best props in Australia .

Hayne will return and Peats remains a worry with a knee injury .

The EELS play at home next week and this will lift our side who were very out of form this week .

The EELS dropped way too much ball and sandow tried hard however he did not get the go forward help from the forward pack . The Eels cannot repeat the poor efforts by many again . They must lift and lift a few gears for what will be an even bigger battle . These next few games will be crucial in cementing a top 8 spot as we know both hoppa and hayne will be missed for origin 2 and 3 . Sio must be the FB , morgan was not brilliant but he was doing his job considering how the team played I think he was ok .

Peats will be a huge loss  and if he does miss a week or 2 ,I think Kelly will be called in as dummyhalf ,as I cant see anyone else getting the nod. I noticed there was not much talk between our guys during the game and they will have to be louder on the field . They must talk to each other on the field pure and simple .

Who do you think will be brought into the side , who will be dropped . I guess we will know on Tuesday

Do you agree both Fui and Mossop Must be in the side ?

Who do you want to replace Peats if he is out ?

Who would you drop from the panthers match ?

  • Darcy will be gone for a couple of weeks.

Allgood will be gone for probably a week.

So yes, Mossop has to get a run.

Happy for Fui to get a run too, if BA believes there is no one better but I'd like to see Tanganoa get a run again too. I'd hate to see him lost to another team. And honestly the young guys went pretty well.

I still have doubts over Terepo though. He runs hard but I haven't seen him do much damage.

    Anyway, thats my thoughts.

  • I don't think there is anyone else?!

I'd probably bring kaysa in for peats mossop off the bench with junior paulo starting

With Hayne and hoppa gunna be out for soo I'd like to see either buretta given a run or maybe vai toutai a run in the centres sio at full back with morgan on the wing?
  • I think we are still on track. You need to remember this is a young team that's just come together, & BA is twinking & tinkering with his line up. - A team of young players are always going to be the  If we do make top 8 this year, it would be a phenomenal effort after the last 5 yrs. Next year & the year after, is when we'll be consistently good week to week. - And we will still win our next 3. Under BA's coaching, this team has always put in a stellar performance after a hiding (Manly at Brookie, Cronulla at home)....Next game, Cowboys at home!! - Specials!! - then we play the Storm, up against that wonderful five-eighth, Ben Roberts!! - Then comes the Bullwogs @ ANZ, without their best 4, including their halves. - Honestly, if we don't win the next 3, I will take off my unicorn glasses & say, next year. But, it has already been such a good year, with the way this team is coming together, They will be wonderful one week, & indifferent the next. - Don't lose heart Eel believers!! - Stay strong!!

  • Fui & mossop are a must as our forwards did nothing last night, only darcy allgood & gower showed guts.
As for peats have Kelly take his spot & hunt to be nowhere near 1st grade again. Sio at fullback when hoppa & Hayne are out & john foulo on the wing.
  • I admit I had my eyes closed for most of the 2nd half, but Manu played OK didn't he??

  • when's Edwards due back?

  • I just hope Arthur doesn't pick lasalo to take allgood or lussicks spot
  • I believe in Fui, he can still do it, hopefully they have relit the fire in his belly. Time for the pommy to earn his wage. The big problem, the huge problem, the one that has me sad is Peats. WTF do we do to replace him? I've got nothing!

  • you mite have just my question my old thinks he read a article that  fui has left the club altogether and even wenty so i gather hes wrong as your saying fui should be brought back in to 1st grade.

  • Fui no, Mossop yes. Mossop will take Allgood's spot then for the bench spot I'd put Kelepi. I didn't watch the game last night as I had a gig but every game that he's played in the front row so far has been very strong and we all know what he can do on the edge. He's no a versatile player and if we aren't too confident of him playing in the middle in first grade there's always the option of playing Pauli Pauli there too.

"He played two weeks I think at left centre last year at the start. We abandoned that quickly but maybe we can consider it next year with Russell gone. Maybe a year or two next to the fox would sort him out."
