EELS 18 REFS 12 - seriously, last night Broncos v Souths and our game v panthers today is by far the worst refereeing I've ever seen going back to the late 1960's. Even though that Pritchard forward pass from the play the ball, those stupid kick outs on the full and few other stupid errors from our boys which were letting the Panthers back into the game, the fucking refs were doing everything possible to make sure the Panthers could go on and win this game.

Is there a 10 meter rule or what???

Just how fucking long is long enough holding down one of our players before they can even get up to play the ball???

Panthers were regularly offside throughout the game - they were taking off before our players were playing the fucking ball.

Calling a knock on when there wasn't one there.... Should I go on...

Our game is turning into a piece of shit.

Fuck me dead...

About 3 mins before our incorrect knock on call they missed a Penrith fumble as well. Good to see we can still hang on for a win after what went against us.

Lol Fong love ur posts wen ur not bagging BA everything u mentioned here I was saying while watching the game every tackle panthers had rite of way just holding us down but we got the points :)

100% agree - nearly can't watch the games and at anz you can't keep the refs accountable due to no atmosphere

Calls went against us but in saying that about 4 of kaysas forward passes were missed. At least he was able to acknowledge when he stuffed up instead of ignoring it like all the other refs do

Totally agree Ms Peppers Mint. At 18-0 I was getting very frustrated with the poor refereeing. Penrith received 5 penalties in a row. They penalised us for being offside but Penrith were very lazy in defence, laying on our players, hands on the ball, restling after completion of the tackle etc, etc. Every try we score goes to a video ref, looking for an excuse to take it off us. Their second try could have gone either way, but the ref did not bother to go to video ref. Commentators on fox were one sided (Penrith's way). Finchy the prick who hates Parra, and Alexander who played for Penrith (need I say more). Yes Parra did make some errors in the second half, but you could see that it was because Penrith were constantly offside and allowed to get a way with it. The ref even admits making a mistake. I hate games which are STUFFED up by poor refereeing. Badger is one of the worst refs in the game.
