How much longer do we have to put up with these mad man masquerading as a coach? A man who cannot read the game and use a flexible game plan? A man who cannot coach to his players strengths? I am sick and tired of turning up to games and watching our defence have no structure and haemorraging points. It's clear that Kearney doesn't understand the idea of a flexible game plan. We were in the game until the final 10 minutes of the first half. In this time Kearney took Hindmarsh off the field. ie he took off a best defensive player and replaced him with an attacking second-rower (Paulo) when we needed to shut up shop and go in leading at half time. With Hindmarsh off the field the middle fell to a rabble and Barba skipped through quite easily to set up an easy Dogs try. Kearney does not appear to read the game as it is unfolding, instead he has his game plan etched in stone and doesn't want to correct it in any way. He took off Mannah when he was making decent metres and just needed another 5 minutes to push home the advantage. What about Horo and Shackleton? We can't do any worse than have those 2 back in the team. Horo will help to provide a utility option in the case of an injury in the backline. Shacks will provide good go forward and will try his heart out. Kearney's got to try something. Get rid of this game plan and structure. It's not working. When will SK wake up and realise this? I can't stand SK's usual crap in the press conferences. "There are some positives that have come out of the game. We are disappointed about the game but we will continue to build towards next week. The fans just have to be patient and we will start winning games." SK, wake up and smell the roses. We have been patient for 26 years. We want a premiership sooner rather than later. Your structures aren't working. We have a talented playing group, let them play to their strengths and they'll show you what they're capable of. My message: If we don't win next week SK's got to go.
