Bev's gone from a French Fry to more of a KFC Chip size, bulked up around the neck, shoulders and arms, obviously been working hard in the off season on the weights.

Shoulders and arms definitely copped a lot of work. He will never have a big frame though and still quite slight around the lower body. He's got a good low tackling technique anyway and has plenty of courage, fullback defence shouldn't be an issue.
"HFK, Fair point. Sure, we could. But balancing incoming youth with experience is almost a perennial issue. A constant cycle. It never really goes away. At least not for too long. "

All good. Corey will help him out ;)
45kg is a lot of muscle
I think full time training also helps.
Great news! He was a speed bump in defence and maybe only a ripple now :))))
I thought that French was particularly good in defense towards the end of last season?
