Freshies have a special bond

Parramatta's Polynesian players have talked about the special bond they have and how special a Grand Final victory would be to share with each other. The Daily Telegraph noted that 10 of the Eel's 28 man squad were of Islander-heritage, including Jarryd Hayne, Krisnan Inu, Nathan Cayless, Joe Galuvao, Feleti Mateo and Fuifui Moimoi. "It would be good to win a competition and be even more special to win it alongside my mates. If ever you need anything, those older blokes are there to rely on," Krisnan Inu said.
