Fox sports confirms a new signing

Fox sports confirms that parramatta eels have found a halves partner for Corey Norman next year.Parramatta eels have signed Jamal Fogarty on a two year deal starting from next year.Can play 5/8th halfback and fullback.I wonder if this guy will partner Corey Norman or will he just be a back up?

I too think this has been discussed. The "experts" on here keep saying he is signed on for wenty.

I have absolutely no idea and dont purport to be any kind of expert but I'm hoping they got it wrong and this young bloke transfers his good qld cup form over to the nrl.

Fingers crossed. You never know...

If this kid is our future half with Corey, I'd like to see Jeff Robson go around one more year, bit of mentorship and ease him into first grade. Robson doesn't have the most talent but he has great work ethic and it shows on the field. At times though you do see his limitations.

how many halves have come through heralded straight from instrust? (dce etc don't count, already nrl contracted) the only i can think of is cody walker and it took him a good 3 seasons to make good.

I would have thought Cronk, Smith, DCE would have been playing in some form of QLD comp at their younger ages.
