    I have looked at his stats for this season and he hasn't dropped any balls or given away any penalties.

  So we all saw Lussick hold the fort for us in 2013 being our best and most consistent forward under a wanker of a coach. He was injured most of last year and suspended.

  He has ripped in this year but you are not sold on Lussick yet? You are also pretty sure Wicks will be re signed after half of 1 match?

  Come on...I'm the first to want Wicks signed but that statement is a bit silly Samuel.

  I'm with Sam. Sure Lussick is putting in the effort, but you can't afford to have 2-3 dropped balls from him every game. Hopefully it's just early season rust but if he keeps dropping his lollies he may have to go.

    I didn't notice Lussick drop the ball on Friday?

    What I did notice was an ongoing match up with Graham which stuck it up them for awhile.

      You must not have been watching at about the 70 minute mark then when he dropped a sitter from Peats. Pretty sure Dogs scored right after that.

        We need him because opposition players don't want to run at him.

        Maybe just don't give him much ball and use him almost exclusively as enforcer?

        Graham is probably the toughest and best forward in the game and Lussick stood toe to toe with him and niggled him which was great to see and what we so desperately need.

            I agree Grunta, he is tough and hits hard, but if he doesn't tighten up his ball security it might not balance out. That's my two cents anyway.

  I'm actually thinking that we may have another big clean-out this year. I wouldn't be surprised to see Hoppa, Sandow and Lussick told to look elsewhere. Replace them with Hastings/Littlejohn/Norman, T. Burgess and Johnston then we have the makings of premiership winning team.

  I think our forwards have massively increased this year but getting one of the Burgess twins or even bring Sam Burgess back and our forwards would be one, if not the outright, best in the competition.

  Then again if we do add a Burgess to our forwards and get Johnston at fullback i wouldn't mind keeping sandow, although maybe only a two year deal,
