Forward packs

From sportal

was planning on doing my own blog like this but with bench as well

Cowboys definitely deserve their number one spot

think Titans should be higher

Dont think we deserve 10th if Alvaro and Mannah start together. They don’t dominate the opposition from what I have seem - both great individually but not balanced with both on together

  • We’re one good forward away from getting back five spots. Also they’re not really counting depth but that’s probably another thing.

    • I mainly wanted to see the summary of the forward packs to see where we stand

  • Oh they’re on the money. We do have one of the weakest forward packs in the game. No size at all in the props.
  • All that article serves to do is show how strong and close the NRL competition is... there aint a great deal of difference between those packs if everyone is in form and playing with confidence.

  • Eels pack does their job. Defend well, and do the best they can. For BA, its not just about the talent. Its about the work off the field, and we have seen this philosophy work, with the Eels moving up the ladder. Whether this can win us a premiership remains to be seen. But, in relation to his comments about class, we've got enough class in the backs. Gutherson, Auv'aa, Jennings, Hayne, French, Norman, Moses. That's where our strengths/class lie

  • Iam of the opinion the Cowgals forward pack are nothing without Jason Taumalolo.

    • Yes but that have added McClean
