Forgotten Man

With the team list due out in a couple of hours, and literally every player available, my thoughts have gone to the bench and our forgotten man - Nathan Brown. He played 40 minutes in the NSW cup this weekend after returning from injury, last year he was a state of origin squad member. What are peoples thoughts on his weather his name will be read out on the bench against the Pennies, in a couple of hours time. A Yes or No will be fine.

Im guessing that Nathan Brown will play on the bench in this game.

  • Yes

  • No

  • No. I feel for brown cos his been a big part of the team for the last 5 years. Maybe it has something to do with the whole hanging around hayne which was videoed on social media, and obviously he wasn't playing the best football. Even then BA doesn't like to drop players on form much

    • Really feel for Brown as well...doesn't make sense what's going on with him not getting a game at all

doubt very much it was anything to do with the Hayne thing tho - the tradies acted badly and club investigated there was nothing physical...unlike the May thing ;)

      • Maybe when he had his contract extension request denied, he kicked stones and basically had a big old sook. Who knows?

  • No

  • I'd like for it to be YES, but most probably NO

  • If brownie was 85% of his 2020 form and was included on the bench it would be MASSIVE inclusion. But I am thinking same 1-17 side with Carty 18th Man.

  • He is still contracted to us next year on $600k odd as well.

  • No, his form has been down this year.

"You will never see equality if you think indigenous rights are the solution. Inequality is increasing, not decreasing, especially since elites began to make their populations focus on token gestures like that."
