Foran stood down over personal issues

Apparently he has been going through some personal stuff regarding a long term relationship breakup and is expected to miss at least 3 games and the test match

  • Lol the Parra curse takes down another marquee signing . Actually really looking forward to watching Norman the 800K wannabe guide our team around the park . Norms could be the first bloke in history to lose about 500K p/a off his asking price in an 80 minute period .
    • Unbelievable.
      We are gone now.
  • Carlo, did you break their relationship up?
  • FFS!!!  This club is cursed.

Have to laugh though Hindy copped it deluxe earlier in the week, called mentally weak, a choker and everything else under the sun(i too was disappointed about what he said) but he did play a must win game for the club a day after his old man had passed away.

Sorry Kieran you are our club captain and marquee signing, i don't mean to sound harsh but what the hey. FFS man up and get the fuck on the field and  lead your team to victory in a must win game.  We all go through things in our lives that aren't fun but we all still slog it out at work.  At least you are paid well and doing something you love something most of us can only dream of.

    • LOL Alan!!! I might agree if there were no kids involved.
    • I dont mean to sound harsh cause I wish him the best, but....this would never have happened in 80's. its a different and somewhat softer world now.

    • Have you ever considered that there might be more too it than just a break up, especially if he has been in hospital? I have no idea what his issues are but I'd say you probably don't either.

I know it's disappointing for supporters but really, it's better that he take some time to get himself back on track, not only for Parra but more importantly for himself as a person. I love footy but it is, at the end of the day, just footy.
    • I don't care what they say Alan, you're a good bloke.
    • Whatever slip. It's good to see you give a shit about the wellbeing of a player in your team. Nice.

"I did modern day as 1998 onwards as I didn't see them play, as some here haven't. Where I believe majority of people here have seen all the modern day players play.
Plus it frees up some spots like we all know who 5/8 will be but now no idea."
