  Brett she doesnt have to talk her way out of anything it seems, her employer has already come out and said shes done nothing wrong, and has not offended or hurt anybody. And if shes found guilty in court she wont have to pay a cent, her employer will cover that.

  Foran arrived back in Sydney on Thursday but it is now uncertain if he will play against Melbourne on Monday night because of the gambling revelations in The Saturday Telegraph.
  
  Whether he plays now is still to be determined.

    Not possible as they have to be available to the media for interviews.  However they know what the should say & what not to.

  This is a company which is a subsidiary of an ego maniac who does not care about the laws associated with private information.
  
  They will take the hit of the payout but it won't stop them in the future.
  
  The players really need to start turning a cold shoulder to these wankers, eventually they won't have a job and the legitimate reporters will step in.
  
  I really cannot wait for this Senior generation of reporters to retire. They are all as bad as each other. You would honestly see less backstabbing and agenda driven methodologies walking into an investment bank. And trust me, that's saying something.

  The daily Tele are daily discrediting themselves as a real newspaper. I think the players just need to tune out of it, like celebrities who have to ignore the monthly dribble about them being in the verge of divorce or seen with some other person..
  Taking it to heart is not going to stop it, or get you anywhere!

  I hope he does follow through with legal action and makes them disclose the source of the information
