No need for us long suffering eels fans to jump off a cliff just yet. Our roster still looks very competitive for next year and with a bit of smart buying we could be looking very good next year. With Cory Norman (hopefully) Gutherson, Bevan French,Jennings Taka and Semi we have a lot of backline talent. Most likely need a midpriced winger/ centre as a backup (whats happening with Schultz, he looked a good yough player when we signed him). Also we need a young 5/8 or half depending if Gutho plays 5/8.
Hooker is another priority, I like Pritchard if he is fit and maybe we have some guys coming through the lower grades that can be used.We need a big bopper prop (I think that we have signed the guy from Manly) and we have a wealth of backrowers. Use some of our money in retaing Mau and Kenny Edwards long term.
Im sure BA will strengthen any weakness in our roster.Much rather see us spending money on retaining the good players that we have and buy a couple of mid priced players to bolster our squad.

Trust me itll happen
That's a big call.
Rumours are that he is being chased by other teams for 2017. Rumors also said the Jarryd was returning to the Eels though. Take it all with a grain of salt i guess :)
We don't have any younger dummy halves that are ready for first grade. I don't think we do until Kyle Schneider is old enough (currently only 16). Our NYC dummy half, Denzal Tonise, is a bit of a weird one atm. I think he could certainly develop into a utility off the bench not sure how he'd go as starting dummy half in first grade though.
Mitch Rein is a useless plodder who i wouldn't piss on if he was on fire.
He's a younger and less talented version of IDG.
