  • beat me to it I never watch the footy show but glad I did tonight that was powerful stuff. well done to everyoneI involved.
  • Sorry I missed it. I do question the choice of putting that story on the Footy Show. Sounds like a decent and thoughtful story.....nothing like the rest of the show at all. Maybe they'll replay it on Sunday?
  • Very touching story. Footy show shedding light on some of the more important topics in the world, really puts things in perspective!
  • As someone who in the past has suffered from this terrible disease, i say well done to all involved with this story. It is a very dark and lonely place.
  • Cheers mate
  • FFS.

  • I don't think Ricky should be considered in any way responsible for what happened.

  • Agree top story and was really surprised to see it on the footy show, should gave been on 60 minutes to get the exposure it deserves. Unfortunately it is becoming too common these days, a mate of mine has and is going thru it right now and another went thru it previously and almost took his life before any of us even knew he was depressed.
The really strong message they were trying to send is that it doesn't mean ur soft if you talk about things. I too use to think toughen up and be a man till those close to me experienced it and then I realised and understood and now appreciate that it is something that snow balls and they can't control.
    We'll done footy show !
  • Not only does Ricky Stuart kills clubs .He nearly kills players too
    • Mate was that really necessary! Your out of line there.

"I think the disappointing part for Pensini was the poor defence last week against Melbourne. Yes everyone was shit. But he missed a one on one tackle for Leo to score. He also got burned in the frist half by Leo but Iongi saved the day."
