those of you watching cronulla smashing the roosters, take note how a former eel (Joseph paulo ) playing as a substitute hooker role for the shark's his services to his forwards impeccable as are his timely passes for hole runners. a former 5/8 big body dummy half with soft hands. credit to Flanagan thinking outside the square. .again my thoughts on can josh Hoffman fit that same bill ?

      Not only sideways googie egg , but as a previous blog i put up about Hoffman he did hold the 40 mtr sprint record while at the broncos ( held by wendell sailor )

    He's a terrific coach, very underrated.

    Ricky left him a smouldering pile of shit.  And he built them up all himself.   His recruiting is the best in the League.

      You see mitchy its easy to pick or not to write off these top team's even if they do have a bad day at the office. Us as you say what exscuses do we offer, hence my blog thinking outside a square. And imo ( again just a thought ) why i mention Hoffman . Only because we need to address this hooker role business.

"Difference is that Talagi played centre the full SG ball season that eels won the comp in 2023. He even played centre in JF that year. He didn't play in the halves at all that year. Risati has only played 6 for us"
