So it is just a discussion piece from Zero Tackle but we were listed as one of 5 teams that makes sense for Adam Doueihi, not the first time i have heard that either. Overall, not a bad deal if we were interested mid year. He would be Centre if he was ever to come to us in 2024 or 2025 and cheap also. However it could all be a bit of nothing as St. George Illawarra seem very logical in the sense that since they would have an opening for a 6. But overall it is fun to think of and wonder how others would feel about Doueihi if he was an option.

  • Not overly excited. Very injury prone recently. Seems to spend more time on the sidelines than field.

Should need to pass rigorous medical.

    • Rajab looked better next to Moses

    • Where do you want him to play coryn.  I'm not a fan. Too slow for centre that would be his only position here

        • I still think Cartwright has enough speed to do a job at Centre. I'd love to see both he and Douiehi put through some speed and agility tests to see who is faster. I think they'd be pretty bloody close.

  • He would be a handy player in the centres and give as a genuine back up in the halves but his injuries are a major concern.

If the money is right and the contract is short he could be a good option.

  • Hodgeson 2.0

    • The difference is Adam is only 25 where as Josh was 32.

Josh also had 2 or 3 ACL injuries.

He would have to be 100% fit and have injury clauses in his contract to make it worthwhile.

  • Doueihi would be a solid signing, aside from the very valid and serious concerns with regards to his recent injuries. I heard a while back that his recent injury was that bad that he may not play again. Hope that is not the case. He can play six, centre and wing and can also kick goals. Would not be upset with signing him for the right coin and after all appropriate medicals.

    • Not sure he'd pass the dickhead test though. Seems to be a bit of a knobhead

      • Based on what exactly? What has he done to make that claim?
