The club actually says in the press release that Moeroa will join the squad but then fail to name him. Not sure on which way the error lies but I wouldn't be surprised to see Tepai as a late inclusion.
I don't usually read the paragraphs before the list, maybe I should start doing that? haha. I hope he does come back in, if he's in the team I have more than enough confidence that we'll win.

Diamond Charlie, what a great name, he had some decent wraps on him a few years ago, whats happened to Diamond?
He was a pretty average in the NYC, from memory he had a lot of handling problems.

Yeah he is eligible. I forgot to add/didn't read the paragraph at the start that states that he is eligible.
"With the NRL Eels finishing the season 10th, players including Tepai Moeroa, Kelepi Tanginoa and Kaysa Pritchard may all be eligible for returns to the NYC side during the finals despite playing NRL during the year, while second-rower Pauli Pauli is deemed ineligible for the Under 20s finals series due to his 17 NRL matches during the season."
