  BRAD LENDS A HELPING HAND
  
  EELS coach Brad Arthurhas had a lot to worry about — from Kieran Foran, Junior Paulo and Corey Norman to the salary cap scandal and the threat of losing 12 competition points.
  
  Still, it hasn’t stopped him from doing some great things away from the Eels.
  
  When Arthur read our story about Boggabilla and the town’s battle to set up a rugby league club in far northwest NSW, he immediately sprang into action.
  
  Even on game day before the match against Newcastle last Monday night, Arthur was ringing contacts to organise some footy and training equipment to be sent to Boggabilla.
  
  “It’s a very moving story,” Arthur said, “At Parramatta we’re in a position where we can help with old training equipment and things like that.”
  
  It’s an amazing story of how the home team uses cricket nets wrapped in a tarpaulin for their dressing sheds and a shipping container for the visiting team.

  Just goes to show how thoughtful
  Brad really is towards those whom
  are in need.
  Know wonder so many players as
  for Peat's and R.Morgan did not
  want to leave the team at all.
  Peat's nobody can ever replace
  his talents.
  As when Peat's 1st had to put a
  different jersey on, to play for the
  Titans! He stopped 3 definite
  tries and scored a try, even the
  commentators stated that Peat's
  was stopping anybody that moved
  with ball in hands, and that Peat's
  got the Titans the win. I really love
  Peat's it hurts me so much to see
  things such as this, happening in
  modern age.
  
  Also watching Morgan playing
  for the Storm last night as no. 4,
  he also scored a try and assisted
  with another try.
  
  As for Paulo the Raiders were
  the 1st if they wanted Junior
  5, weeks ago! They said we
  would love to have Paulo now!
  But we do not have the money
  to fit him under our salary cap.
  
  If they couldn't fit Paulo 5-6
  weeks ago under salary cap
  how did they fit him only 10
  day ago?
  
  Also it is not Sharp or any body
  from Eels that keeps on delaying
  our case neither! It's Greenturd
  delaying it, as his done nothing
  that he said he would do!
  like speak to every player and
  manager to see if players had
  a fair go!!! Bla bla bla.
  I believe that Sharp has got
  an ace up his sleeve. As he
  would not been going to court.
  
  Anyway the sooner all is dealt
  with the better for us the fan's
  players and coach B.A can or
  has to rest start our beloved
  Team again, "Shine Lawyers"
  Isn't on the back of Eels
  jerseys for no reason. lol.

    Sharp can have all the Aces he wants.. In fact, he can have full houses and 4 of a kinds coming down his pants.. Damage is done.
    For me, he lost his chips when all this started.
    Brad Arthur is clearly looking to next year. This article just points out, that this bloke does not abuse his privileges and doesn't forget where he came from..

    I only just spotted your reply
    Paulo, As I fully agree with you.
    I know that this season has
    gone. But what I'm hoping for is
    "God Bless Brad", That he can
    grab a few good players and
    rebuild the best Eels players.
    
    As we have some pretty good
    under 20's players I really think
    that Brad has had coached
    them for a month so he does
    have a better understanding
    whom he can put in 1st grade.
    
    As J.Folau he proved him
    self! If you can recall Paulo?
    It was same time last year
    that he played his 1st game,
    As he scored 2, tries and his
    second try he had 2 players on
    his back and a few more trying
    to stop Folau from trying to score
    
    J.Folau scored no problems
    A.Twal but I believe that the
    most importantly move Brad
    must separate Semi and put
    Jennings on the other side of
    the wing as they can confuse
    everyone as hopefully Brad
    should be making good changes.

  Good to hear, that's the way it should be the nrl clubs should do more for the grassroots clubs, cause god knows the nrl won't.
