Ferguson texting blake

Hey guys was at the game this afternoon at jubilee with my family and i was sitting right infront of waqa blakes partner and daughter and a bunch of his extended family all a lovely bunch of people . We got to talking and they were telling me that Waqa recieved a text from Blake ferguson when he signed that he was very happy to hear hed been paired up with him and that he cant wait to kill it with him in the nrl.

On top of that his family also told me that waqa was very worried that he had Taka outside him today.

  • I think taka has been our best player in the last 3 weeks and is in rare try scoring form. I thought it was harsh to drop him from centre this week

    • Bwahaaaàa. Forget the last three years oh and today.

  • Well Taka just proved that Waka had nothing to worry about Taka and in fact it should have been the other way around because 3 times Taka covered Waka's arse today. Taka probably played his greatest game for us today, a huge standout from Taka.

  • I would be more worried about Taka inside of Waqa

  • Fair enough he was worried , taka has never played wing before . Did a bang up job .  Would have been very bad if Hoffman was on the wing or young parry who is a centre and getting a taste of firsts

  • Sorry...but was I watching another game today? Taka was terrible!

    • Taka was solid couple of errors but that’s it

  • Taka's one big error was that missed tackle on the sideline in the first half.  It wasn't a hard tackle and was a tackle that should have been made. I was pleasantly surprised with the rest of his game.
