Cheat the cap and laugh about it. Commentators will them home every game including pre and post. Refs give them all the advantages during the 80 minutes, today was a classic example. Yet the karma gods have come calling. Despite being massive cheats they still fail yet again. They're done for this year. And don't I love it.

Well done Raiders, easily the best defensive display by any team this season - Whitehead binned twice, the last challenge by the roosters was a shocker by the bunker, Keary losses the ball into a raiders player then ruled a knock from Canberra! Unbelievable call that could have cost the raiders the game, that clown in the bunker was probably wearing a Roosters jumper..
Like where your coming from Mutts.
It gets up my craw, that in the last 12 years their has only been 3 clubs win the minor premiership, and one of them clearly is not cheating the cap with the amount they have lost and the amount of juniors they have developed. Cant Stand the Rorters or the Storm.
It is clearly not in the interests of the NRL to have these clubs continue to dominate by the methods they employ. A good competition can be ruined when this keeps occuring, it becomes stale and boring to fringe fans and we lose them. I rarely watch the Rorters games nor the Storm, simply because we all know they are rorting the game.
The salary cap is very obviously not working when only 3 teams in 12 years can be minor premiers.
Trent Robinson is the most overrated coach in the competition.
An international team with all the breaks on and off the field and underachieving yet again.
He should thank Cronk every day for covering up his underwhelming record all things considered
As much as Ricky is a complete wayne kerr, he's got an average raiders team performing better than they should be
This crop of players he has had been the best up and comers for years. If they stay together and don't chase the money it will lead to primerships. Bennet, Bellamy would have them top 4 and hot favourites to win the comp
Own thing I've enjoyed is seeing Canberra blood some kids albeit needing to.
Their defence has been avg at times but they can lift for some teams. It was a tough / physical game.
I've got no interest in the finals.
The refereeing and particularly input from the bunker has made Parras games hard to watch and other matches unbearable.
Id rather watch replays of games played over 30 years ago.
Local footballs a much better spectacle to watch these days.
Weathers great on the coast at the moment I've got better things to do then listen to bias commentary and work out the cluster fuck of decisions the officials come up with each week.
Im on football hollidays after Friday, see you all next season.
👍 agree
So then you really dont love rugby league Bup.
I love the game first, Parra second. Regardless of how Parra is travelling, it's still the greatest game of all.
Always love league first Frank.
Watched the local A grade preliminary final on the weekend and I'll be watching the Bears win it on Sunday.
Get out to all my nephews junior football games and catch a few schoolboy games as well.
A couple of mates I've played and coached with coach a couple of the A grade sides so I have a strong interest in the results.
Grass roots footy is the essence of rugby league and the reason I follow the game.
The NRL on the other hand seems to revel in its own controversy and seems to love its own drama.
I enjoy a rugby league contest I'm not sure what this is the NRL has evolved into and it's hard to watch at the moment.
Hopefully that changes .
