  He has played really well since he seems to have gone back to an edge. When he first came into first grade as a damaging edge backrower I thought he could be the next great player in that position. Another SBW. For some reason Arthur seemed to be trying to convert him into a middle forward. That's not his go at all in my opinion.

    My thoughts exactly, ME.  I still think he can will be one of the next truly great edge players.

    I think you will find BA put him in the middle so he had no time to get lazy in defence. On the edge he lost himself a bit at times in defence. Now he has had time in the middle and with a player like Scott helping him in defence he can now go back to the edge now he has learnt he can't get lazy. Attack was never his problem

  Agree, his last month has been impressive .... 

  Needs to work on his passing game but has been getting nice quick play the balls lately .

  The last 2 weeks in particular he has been fantastic. Really found his groove on the edge again. Agreed he has always been a great line running edge back rower. The middle experiment hopefully is over. He has lead the forwards in carries against the panthers 15 for 144m and GC 15 for 147m

  He's much better attacking on the edge, the worry is he is too big to defend on the edges.

  But he's still only 20, hopefully he will be a 10 plus year player at the Eels.

  Once we sort out the front office. .and Max is doing a great job....players will be falling over themselves to play at the eels.
  BA has a fantastic reputation and its just been the crap at the board holding players back.

  I believe the NRL scrapped the rule you're referring to in referring to "no talk until November". So I'm sure BA knows the rules and wants Tep and is locking him up. But, BA, please continue to let Tep loose on the edge.
