Expected team list v Warriors

My sources tell me there could be up to 3 changes for the Warriors game this week. Waqa Blake & Daniel Alvaro coming in at the expense of Josh Hoffman & Kane Evans who will be dropped and Tim Mannah into the side for Shaun Lane, with Niukore to start on the edge with Mannah off the bench.

POSSIBLE 17:

1. Gutho
2. Sivo
3. Takairangi
4. Blake
5. Parry
6. D Brown
7. Moses
8. Alvaro
9. Mahoney
10. Paulo
11. Niukore
12. Ma’u
13. N Brown

14. Salmon
15. Mannah
16. Gower
17. Moeroa

  • Why does Brad Arthur insist in putting Salmon on the bench IF he isnt going to use him? He wasnt used against West Tigers and I assume he wasnt used against Manly. So why put any player on the bench IF he isnt going to be used! Doesnt make any sense!

    • He was used yesterday. Hoffman went off for HIA & he slotted in at centre, then he came back on in the last 20 as a roaming lock,

    • Do you even watch the games Monto?, salmon was used in both games.

  • Sorry if this has been addressed already but when will MJennings be back?

  • Waqa Blake (knee, round 19)
    Blake Ferguson (knee, round 19-20)
    Peni Terepo (suspension, round 20)
    Michael Jennings (knee, round 21)
    George Jennings (calf, round 22)
    Ray Stone (ankle, round 24)

        • Injured hand or wrist. There is another blog about Lane's injury.

    • Moeroa had a couple of good games but was pretty ordinary against Manly. I hope that was just because we were on the back foot but that's what we do and it is a constant problem. Once we get on the back foot any fightback either takes a long time to happen or it just doesn't happen.
