Every position is hard to choose.

With the eels booming run last year and the new signings coming along board i cannot decipher the 2010 team at all! Every position to me can be exchanged with multiple players bar fullback.

The team I would be looking at would look like this.

1. Jarryd Hayne (no explanation needed)

2. Krisnan Inu ( Tahu combination)

3. Timana Tahu( Inu combination

4. Joel Reddy (overall good player and helps Grothes only weak point)

5. Eric Grothe (massive runs in each set and works well with Reddy)
6. Daniel Mortimer (Future legend)

7. Kris Keating (Massive potential which should be utilised while we have him and i rate him much higher then Robson)

8. Poore (origin foward)

9. Matt keating (solid last year)

10. FuiFui MoiMoi (Its Fui)

11. Nathan Hindmarsh (C) (Its hindy)

12. Ben Smith (strong defence at the end of last year should have a starting spot)

13. Mateo (Extra flare)

Bench

14. Luke Burt (gc) (could come in as hooker and also backup reserve incase injury.

15. Nathan Cayless(With the other players in our disposal he cant fit in the starting line up unless he were to take over ben smiths spot and play out of position.

16. Shane Shackleton(good signing)

17. Tim Mannah (good upcoming player)

I think Ando's side will differ alot though but this it the team i would pick.

Unfortunately, one back will miss out. If no injuries, my bet would be Inu.
Kris keating is my bet to take over Kingston's interchange spot with robson starting halfback. Anthony mitchell to be next in line in case of bad form or injuries.
Caylo will start, my bet is in 2nd row with hindy with benny smith coming from bench. Caylo will need to perform to keep starting spot.

Why not start Cayless and Poore and have Fui destroying teams from the bench? Cayless is still captain so he will be starting.

I know there'll be a lot who disagree but I can never see Grothe in the forwards even as an interchange. He is explosive and hard to tackle but on wing he picks when he comes into the action and as much as I love watching him play I just don't think he's got the right attitude to play in the forwards.

I agree that if Grothe was ever going to play in the forwards he would have played there already.

He just doesn't have the technique in defence or nous to play there, don't worry if Parra coaching could have considered it possible to convert Grothe into a lock forward they would have done it.
