Anyone know the latest on him?
there were big wraps on him when he left the dragons. Apparently dragons fans were livid the club let him go.

Many players have the talent but don't have what it takes to put the work in.
There WERE big wraps on him.
Unfortunately, he was always a troublesome player and was involved in a whole range of off-field incidents that eventually led to the Dragons saying enough is enough, thus releasing him.
Even here at the Eels, he has struggled to stay on the straight and narrow and has featured for Wenty in the NSW Cup and Ron Massey Cup.
Even the Sydney Shield.
Big fall from grace for him and I doubt he will ever play first-grade.

Genuine NYC star. Easily in the top 3 NYC fullbacks when he played - was injured a fair bit.
You're talking about Matt Mundine, I presume?
Pretty sure he was playing for Wenty across NSW Cup, RM Cup & Sydney Shield, though could be mistaken.

Yep, one & the same then. Mundine was a star for Souths in U20's. Had a bit of journey after that - was at North Sydney, another couple of teams after that - then ended up at Wenty.
Shame, as he could have been anything.
He's left, will be playing up in Redcliffe next year
