The first time that I have seen the Eels in a real match this year. I thought it a fair performance by the Eels players. The run and result should give them some confidence. Norman may be better in the coming weeks! He was close to being No1 today. Gutherson showed what he is capable of--a real competitor. All the forwards were good. I think Alvero and Rory O should be retained. Two good, large, young forwards just what we need.Mau had a cracker game--he has had little football this year as yet. ESM means EAT S..t Manly! That's seven in a row against Manly is it not?
