EGM attempt

There is rumour flying about that there is going to be an attempt to force an EGM, by getting the required number of signatures to force an EGM.

Has anyone heard anything more about it? Apparently, whoever is driving it, is looking to use the game next Saturday. It was mentioned to me last night, and I've had two reporters call me about this morning.

      Yeah i read an interview with Ray Fares yesterday saying that he was the one who was going to organise it.Not sure who he is

    There can be an EGM, but it will require 28 days notice and the resolution will also need to be formed. So it obviously won't have any effect on the next 2 weeks where we need some good decision making to occur.

    But yeah, if the directors continue on after the response to the NRL, I can see an EGM happening.

    But do we want another faction straight in? Don't we want to have a think about, and approach, who would be good for the club?

    Hasn't Fares run for The Board before ? You haven't come across him at election time or at the many AGMs you've attended Fong ? Even I've heard of this bloke and I'm drunk on Dumpto water .
