  Dreading this moment, not as much for the expected 12points, as having to endure the smooth talking jerk spin his own pr machine. Im going to guess he doesn't miss another opportunity, to tell all the NRL world how he has now made it an even and fair competition. Makes me feel sick at the thought.

  Gutless move. Deliberately calls a press conference on Saturday morning at 10:30am. They ensure that only friendly so called journo's will be there because they pre-warned them. No chance of investigative journo's to be there to ask the much needed tough questions of the CEO of the NRL. All friendlies.

  Just heard a fox announcer say the reason there will be no changes is because the NRL are sick of us with continued infighting, board problems etc. hope that doesn't mean, regardless of compelling evidence. Because surely that would be double dipping?

    Macy, you're being completely naive if you think the NRL would make it's decision without substantial evidence. They would have evidence matrix after evidence matrix linking all this together. They know how litigious our board is and they would be crossing every t and dotting every i in anticipation of this being appealed. Sorry mate, but we've been busted doing the wrong thing. Time to accept it. The cap is flawed and I don't agree with the NRL breach process but we did the wrong thing by the cap.

  Who cares. We knew it was coming.
  With the players turning up and playing like they did last night it is as good as watching the finals.
  If we can keep on winning and become a thorn in the side of the competition then it wont be a waste of a season.
