I'm tipping an Eels vs Raiders game at CommBank. I also think that Super Dud Coach will select exactly the same 17 players with the only possible acceptions being:
1. Moses out through injury and Jake to replace him.
2. Simmonson back onto the wing with Waqa back into centres and Opacic out.
I honestly cannot see the Eels winning next weekend. I wholeheartedly blame dismal and extremely poor coaching and the disgraceful inclusion of family at the expense of better players. Brad Arthur will no doubt see out his contract and at least the end of 2023 as he's got the liberty of saying he got the Eels into the top 4. If Moses doesn't play next week through injury which I strongly suspect then Brad Arthur has that excuse when the Raiders/Storm beat them.

If Moses is out (I think he will play) it wouldn't matter who we play as we won't win. I'm tipping Storm to beat the Raiders.
I'd choose Opacic over Blake so keep him at centre & bring someone in to replace Blake. Simmonson or Russell. Then get our bench right by getting rid of JA & Makatoa.
Russell would be good value and I agree get rid of MakaSlower and Jake immediately. However the coach is too blinded to get rid of either

Don't understand why he didn't pick the same team that beat the Panthers twice this year
For me that's our best available 17.
BA should stop thinking the Junior and RCG needs to put in long minutes since they are highly paid. He should also know that they are humans and not machines, who gets fatigue and gets injured. His tactic of not playing the whole interchange for me is one of the reasons why our go forward is inconsistent. He needs to realist that there will always be a limit to the duo's physicality.
