  • Should be a good trial run for both teams. How much crowd does the stadium hold? It would be a major Newcastle crowd being in Maitland.

  • 6500 people. I understand Adam Hawes will be commentating for the eels stream.
    • Adam Hawse is a mad Parra fan.
Can still remember the fury in his voice when he was working for chanel 10 while reporting about the Melbourne cap saga.
I think he said something along the lines as iv’e been cheated and gutted that my team(parra) has been denied that premiership that i so long have waited for by deliberate cheats.
  • Mate told me 1st couple knight home games sold out except for couple thousand they hold to game day so no surprise the trial sold out so quick. People who missed nrl premiership tickets were directed to trial game so despite weather will be great crowd.
  • Re: Hayne

    On this site as well
  • Can anyone tell me how much data is required for live stream of the Eels trial game? (Sorry, Im technically challenged!)
  • Does anyone know if the nrl.com stream will be the same as in the eels website with same commentators or will they differ

  • This is only a trial match doesn't matter if we lose or not. Last week roosters and cowboys lost in their trial as well as the storm losing to the knights a few weeks back. No injuries please. Are we the only team with one trial this year? Or are we counting the Wenty trial our 1st trial?
  • Snake are you for real?

"Storm either get him this year or not at all, so player swap next year is quite impossible. But I agree I think a swap is hard as Melbourne are that proud in what they are doing they won't have a sense of losing by caving in.

The main thing out of this is Melbourne do not give a flying you know what how people see them in this. If they win the comp this year all…"

Adam Magrath replied to Johnny Suede's discussion Lomax legal promise could create salary-cap headache for Storm
"As much as I'd like Lomax to sit out from the nrl for the next 3 years (and he should) realistically that isn't happening. It isn't fair.
That is what this court case is all about, to determine what is fair. So it isn't 100% right or 100% wrong (or…"
