I'm sure there are many people out there who hope that the eels have to let Norman go and that he will want to go because of his name being dragged through the mud with the salary cap 'scandle'.

This is an interesting story and it appears that TPA payments is a mess. Why would some of these players be entitled to getting a TPA? The NRL must overhaul this whole system

2013? didn't we just go through an audit and also hire shubert to clean up the eels cap. Be good when the NRL finally finishes so we can move forward.

The only TPA sandow ever received was from Aristocrat poker machines. He would trial their new machines and apparently donated his TPAs back to the club. He always did have the clubs best interest at heart that brotherrrr.

  This. My thoughts exactly. Mud stick and fans from other clubs will expect something to happen, so dock us 4 points and get over it. Also, the club has been over the cap - not horribly like the Dogs and Storm, but over - so we should cop something sweet and move on and most importantly MAKE SURE THIS NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN
