  • Massive signing for the Club.  LOL

  • Top 30 signing apparently
  • God I hope he fails do we can bag the crap out of him
  • I actually look get some joy at signings like this For some strange reason.
Il make some predictions on how this will end up.
    - Will take at least 18 months for him to get a mention for 1st grade as is BA's trend goes.
    - He'll realise this (above) so packs his bags and heads back home midway through his first year claiming home sickness similar to Jamal Fogarty and Tom Humble.
    - He'll end up being great discovery playing like a clone of Corey Oates.
    • Sound s like a good Plan actually.

Matt King was another signed late as a Park footy player from memory.

  • My prediction is he will be another Fogarty or Hasson type of a signing where he never plays first grade and just plays NSW/Ron Massey Cup for the entire time.

Then he will pack his things and head back
    for Queensland.
  • I love that the biggest career achievement section in empty.
  • This club is so far off the pace when it comes to signing development forwards and improving them into NRL players. When you look at Melbourne's strike rate at bringing through these players, we comparatively are a disgrace.

BA has stuck with the old worn out system of purchasing the Matagi's Vave's Scotts Watmough's Williams and F Pritchard, meaning he only wants quick fix players whilst disregarding the future of this club.

This is the reason ba is a dead man walking and why Gurr should be scrambling to find our future coach.
    • I would hardly call this signing a quick fix, he hasn't even played first grade and is more than likely not going to. Why we have signed him I don't know, but i'm not going to bag the signing at least until I see how this pans out.

Give the guy a chance, plenty of players have made it this late in their careers and if he is top 30 than he would no doubt be on minimum wage.

    • I didn't say anything about this signing, just on the situation we find ourselves.

This signing is long odds to work imo. 28 this year it's probably going to take him a year to get into our system and get up to speed. If he did debut, it generally takes up to a season before players find their feet. Then he'll be over 30. Not really a signing for the future
