Eels sign Pele

Parramatta has signed big Burleigh Bears front rower Pele Peletelese to a second-tier contract, according to media reports. Peletelese was a contender for Qld Cup rep teams and certainly looks a big unit.

I think the eels are planning to scare the oposition ? with fui on one side and this face on the other , i expect all sides to just step aside and let them thru . He gets the ugly looks award for 2010 before he even gets a run lol , ps But i hope he gets a chance to prove himself and i wish him all the best . EELS 2010 PREMIERS THATS WHAT I CARE ABOUT

I'll reserve my judgement till i see him play. Ive seen to many big guys come and go!

I guess on the positive, someone at the Eels obviously thinks he has potential.... so i look forward to seeing Pele play. Who knows.... this time next year we may have a raft of posters on this site calling themselves "1Eyed PelEel"?
