It's official. Referees coach Stuart Raper declared that Parramatta centre Ryan Morgan should've been awarded a penalty after being illegaly checked off a ball by St George centre Kyle Stanley. The resulting penalty would most likely have been kicked by Luke Burt and the game forced into extra time.

WTF, thought Bill Harrigan would have invented a new "interpretation" to a rule so his refs wouldn't look like fools.
How funny was it last night after Inu scored, Anasta gave it to the ref and they just keep offering lame excuses, and then threatened him with the bin.
Something needs to be done !
The one last night was one of the worst decisions in the history of rugby league.
That dodgy play the ball that led to an inu try.
And who could forget where he got king hit from David faalogo I think it was, and the penalty went against the roosters for god knows what.
well that makes no sense. because of it was a penalty it was a penalty. he let play the ball and play on.
it was an attempt to cover up his mistake
I think they apologized to us last year as well..or was it the year before? They should apologize every time Archer refs!
