  • Is that a good or bad decision? Is Cameron King too injury prone? I personally would like to see Cody Nelson get a crack but I'm happy to see how Cameron King goes with Will Smith off the bench.
  • This can only be good news, if weve rejected him for the rest of the year we surely wont be signing him next year id think.

    • I think 2018 might be an option if IDG retires and King fails in 1st grade or if Kaysa struggles to comeback.

They will still need to sign some depth players, if he is cheap rnough Lichaa might work as a Wenty starter and injury desperation for 1st grade
  • Some of the top teams Don't have the complete dummy half atm. Manly, Sharks up there with unrecognized hookers.

King will surprise. He has the skills. Just needs to work hard in defense.
    • I agree.

He also needs to stay on the field for a season.

I'm liking Smith, though. I hope BA persists with him until there is a reason not too.

    • koroisau is underated but hardly unrecognized?

    • Big disaster, if king is our answer we a doomed.
  • Smith has done more than enough when filling in for Kaysa to show that he has what it takes and should be given the opportunity as starting # 9. He has virtually played a couple of 80 minute games in the role already.
    • Completely agree. I hope BA backs him.
    • If he was given full ownership of the 9 he would go to a different level . All the constant media about finding another hooker is detrimental to smith . Let him feel like it is his job and watch him go. Everyone needs to be wanted
